Team Entry & Digital Check-In

Just like the pros, we use a fully digital workflow for game sheets and rosters.

Roster Deadline: All rosters must be finalized in the RAMP Portal by January 25th, 2026.
Game Day Check-In: A Coach or Manager must report to the Welcome Desk 45 minutes prior to every game to verify the roster with Tournament Staff.

DOWNTOWN COMMUNITY ARENA (DCA)

Address: 10245 105 Ave NW (Click for Map)
Entry Gate: North Street Level Entrance (105 Ave).
Advisory: Do NOT attempt to enter through Rogers Place main gates or the Pedway.
Parking: Paid parking at ICE District Central Parkade (Lot 56) or surface lots.
Food: Limited vending. Full dining available in ICE District.

THE MEADOWS REC CENTRE

Address: 2704 17 St NW (Click for Map)
Entry Gate: Main automatic doors.
Parking: Complimentary (Free) surface lot.
Food: Dairy Queen, Booster Juice, and Second Cup inside.

Fan Code of Conduct

The HERitage Female Classic is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all.

Respect the Game: Disrespectful conduct toward officials, players, or volunteers will not be tolerated.
The "5/2 Rule": To keep the tournament on schedule, if 5 minutes remain in the ice slot, the clock will be reduced to 2 minutes.
Ice Safety: Teams are PROHIBITED from entering the ice until referees are present and the Zamboni gate is closed.
Photography: Notice: Photography will be taking place during the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
